I have been creating murals for over twenty years. It is my absolute favorite thing to do. Let me transform your personal or professional space into your own artistic expression.
I used actual rope in the mural.
Oil painting is my favorite studio medium. I can get lost for hours in creating. I typically enjoy the process more than the final product.

Im supposed to be a sculptor by trade but painting is more lucrative. Sculpting is the most mindless effort in art to me. I love it but only sculpt every 7 or so years.

I never cared for abstracts growing up. Before I was educated I thought they were just messy paintings that people with no talent did. It wasn’t til my parents died that i started really evolving into them. I decided to do a few just to distract me from the situation and within a matter of days I had turned out dozens of them . It was like a fever. I couldn’t get enough of them and have been painting them ever since.
Let me create one or more to set off your favorite space or to flatter even the most boring of spaces.

This will be a body of work based on storybook and nursery rhyme characters titled, “Once Upon a Time”. It will be a return to a more serious approach, as well as a return to a stronger light / shadow balance. They will still be whimsical, but a little more creepy than usual. I have teamed up with my friend Kris Inman to do this exhibit. Exhibition on 4/02/26 @ Artist Collective Spartanburg. Reception 4/16/26 @ 6:00pm. Stay tuned for details.
